CoinCrack Review Summary (TL;DR)
CoinCrack is an established and broad company. They’ve been around for a few years, and offer various services for most major social media networks. We tried their services, compared them with competitors, and tested their support, and were pleasantly surprised with what we found.
In a nutshell, CoinCrack stood out as a good provider. Their YouTube Views packages are limited, but this is made up for with their quick order and checkout process and lightning-fast delivery. They did, however, fall short when it came to quality and value. They have friendly support, even though support is only offered through email. CoinCrack also has great Privacy and Refund policies, so you can be sure you’re going with a reliable company.
Ultimately, we rate CoinCrack a 7 out of 10, because they’re great for a quick boost in views for a good price, but aren’t the best choice if you’re after quality and long-term value. But despite that, CoinCrack is reliable and a good provider if you need fast YouTube views for a good price. They deserve – and have earned – a spot in our Top 5 Providers list for YouTube Views.
Our In-Depth Review of CoinCrack
CoinCrack.com User Experience
One of the most important aspects of a good YouTube views provider is having a great user experience on the website. CoinCrack.com does an OK job at providing a good user experience.
Arrive at CoinCrack.com and you might be a little overwhelmed by the presentation – they’ve got a big call to action in the header with a moving background, and all their services laid out underneath (each one with its own platform-specific graphic). It’s a lot .. but bear with us.
Despite their early-2000s-web inspired design, CoinCrack’s site loads quickly and is relatively easy to navigate. The top toolbar doesn’t have services listed, and clicking Products will only bring you to the homepage, so it does take a little looking to get to where you’re looking. For YouTube, you can either scroll down on the homepage and find the YouTube offerings, or you can click on the Show All CoinCrack Products menu under the header and go to YouTube.
Once you’re on the page you’re looking for though, all the packages are laid out and easy to distinguish. As we noted earlier, the site loads pretty fast.
Mobile: Their site is fully responsive, so there is a mobile version that’s easy to load and navigate. However, it’s just as messy as the desktop site, so if you’re looking to browse around, it’s not the best experience.
We rate CoinCrack’s user experience a 7 out of 10. It’s not very intuitive, but it does load fast and is fully responsive.
Plans & Pricing:
CoinCrack’s YouTube Views offerings are pretty slim, but if you’re not in the market for a huge package, you should be covered. Their five packages range from 1,000 Views for $9 to 50,000 views for $172. And even though they don’t have large packages for sale, they do encourage visitors to contact them if they need a large amount of views.
CoinCrack’s YouTube Views packages are:
- 1,000 Views for $9
- 5,000 Views for $25
- 10,000 Views for $36
- 25,000 Views for $86
- 50,000 Views for $172
As far as value goes, CoinCrack’s prices fall on the higher end of industry average. However, it evens out because their Views are priced flatly – if you want 1,000 Views for $9, you’ll get 1,000 views for $9. CoinCrack doesn’t try to upsell you with targeting and add-ons.
Ordering from CoinCrack is as easy as it gets.
For this review, we purchased CoinCrack’s 5,000 Views for $25. We were pleasantly surprised with their order and checkout process. Placing an order with CoinCrack is stupidly simple. In fact, the longest step was waiting for CoinCrack to connect with PayPal. It’s this simple:
- Navigate to the YouTube page. Do this by clicking the link from the homepage, or the menu under the header.
- Choose your package, and click the order button.
- Enter your YouTube video URL, your email
- Pay with Bitcoin, PayPal, or credit card.
- That’s it!
CoinCrack’s order and checkout process is by far the simplest we’ve seen. Since they don’t offer options or add-ons for their Views, checkout literally takes two clicks and less than a minute. You don’t have to make an account to check out with CoinCrack – in fact, they don’t have the option to create an account.
CoinCrack delivered at breakneck speed. For this review, we ordered the 5,000 Views package, which CoinCrack advertises with 12-48 hour delivery. We received all of our ordered views within 24 hours, and three days after ordering we had about 40% more views than we’d paid for.
This is great for virality, if you’re looking for an instant boost. However, if you’re looking for more options like slower, more controlled or organic, or targeted views, CoinCrack is probably not your best option. For that, check out Devumi – they offer three different types of views, delivered at different speeds, and from different sources
The Quality of CoinCrack’s Views
The value of paid YouTube views relies on the quality of the views. Quality is determined by several important factors such as retention rate, traffic source, viewer countries, viewer devices, engagements received and most importantly, the stickiness of the views themselves.
CoinCrack’s overall average viewer retention is 27%.
Average YouTube viewer retention: 31%;
Average Views Provider Rate: 60%;
The vast majority, 95% of our video traffic came from Suggested Videos, or suggestions that appear next to or after other videos. The rest of our video traffic came from Browse Features (traffic from homepage, subscription feed, and other browsing features) and YouTube Search (search results on YouTube).
Our views came primarily from Vietnam, followed by the Philippines. Very few views came from the U.S. Here’s the breakdown of our top 5 countries:
- Vietnam – 53%
- Philippines – 14%
- Taiwan – 5%
- Malaysia – 4%
- US – 2%
You can compare this to the top 5 countries of readers to this site, ViewsReviews:
- US – 36%
- UK – 9%
- Canada – 5%
- India – 5%
- Australia – 4%
CoinCrack can come through and deliver views quickly, but they may not be the best quality, or come from the countries that matter most to you
- United States
Views came mostly (98%) from computers. The remaining 2% came from mobile devices, which is generally a good quality for bought views.
Viewer device is important because it tells YouTube where people are consuming your video, and rank it accordingly. Average split varies from video to video – If you have a video that’s played often on desktop, that means it’s probably most relevant to people on their desktop computers. This is reflected in Search rank.
Our purchased views brought us 51 likes, which is a great start to any video, and pretty good considering we didn’t pay for likes. However, it’s important to note that when trying to boost a video, a higher Like and Dislike ratio is helpful.
Stickiness is okay – as of two months after ordering, we’ve lost about 8% of the views we had after delivery completion. It is, however, important to note that since CoinCrack overdelivered views in the first place, our video still has more views than we paid for.
Ultimately, CoinCrack’s views are great to inflate a view count, but definitely don’t have the same value as other providers. though they can definitely help to build social proof.

CoinCrack’s support is pretty good. We contacted them through the Contact page on their site, and they got back to us via email. We were happy to see that the team was friendly and responsive.
We asked them a few pre-sale questions, as well as a refund request. They were friendly, but didn’t answer our question about refund policy – since our order was successfully completed, plenty of time before they were due. Here’s an example of one interaction:
We rate CoinCrack’s support pretty good – they’re friendly, quick respond, and helpful. However, email is the only way to contact them, so if you’re in a rush, you may be out of luck.
Terms of Service
Pretty standard Terms. CoinCrack isn’t affiliated with any of the social media sites that they offer services for, and they’re not liable for account suspensions or content deletions.
They do leave out a few important things in their ToS, so we’ll cover them for you. CoinCrack’s ToS doesn’t cover replacements, cancellations, or refunds. Because it’s ambiguous, this could go either way. It’s best to either ask, or check out other providers.
Refunds are offered for 30 days after the purchase if the order was not completed as promised, or if you are at all dissatisfied with the results. They also promise to refill any views that might get removed by YouTube’s automated system, if you lose enough views to pull you below your ordered amount.
Three months after we ordered, we’d lost 8% of our delivered views, but since CoinCrack had over-delivered and our view count was still above what we’d ordered, we can’t contact them for a refund or refill.
We found CoinCrack to be a solid provider, outstanding in most areas except quality and policies. They offer good prices, very fast delivery, and good customer support.
Areas for improvement include view quality, policies, and package variety. If CoinCrack can offer more targeting options, delivery speeds, higher-retention views, and better policies, they will rise in our ranking.
We do recommend CoinCrack, but only in the case that you’re looking for a quick boost for social proof. CoinCrack’s services deliver quickly and are very effective if you’re trying to kickstart a video’s virality. We give CoinCrack a 7 out of 10.
