SocialFansGeek is a one stop shop for boosting anyone’s social media presence. This American company has been in the industry since 2012, and it offers services for major social media sites such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and SoundCloud. This fact can easily be seen on their website, along with their promises and client reviews. SocialFansGeek’s three-step order process is also described on the homepage, but this seems to be broken as of the moment.
When you order a package, a message that says “We Are Only Taking Orders Via Invoice” will appear at the topmost portion of the website. The problem is that when you scroll down, this important message will be covered by the header, so there’s a good chance you’ll miss it. The result is an error message at the end of the process, after all the trouble of typing in your details. Orders can be made by contacting their customer support on WhatsApp. Alternatively, they can be reached through phone, Skype, email, and their Contact Us form.
SocialFansGeek provides full refund if you ask for it five hours after completing the order, or in case of non-delivery of service after 48 hours. The company does not have a replacement policy in place. Unlike other providers that categorize their views service by volume, SocialFansGeek’s views packages are geared towards quality. Within these categories, you can select the volume of your order:
- YouTube views
- YouTube views fast (via Google ads)
- US views packages
- Country targeted views packages
What we love about SocialFansGeek is that their views service is broken down into different categories, so you can choose which one is more effective for your brand. However, there is no clear communication about their defective order process. It would’ve been great if they place the error message in a strategic position where people can see it immediately, or they could save us the hassle by stopping us from proceeding to the next step of the order process. SocialFansGeek has a great concept but we cannot recommend them until they do something about their order process.
